In 2014, I became majority owner of the Keller Williams Franchise in Amherst NY with 80 agents. Since taking ownership, we have expanded to two Franchises located in Williamsville and Lancaster and exploded to over 325 agents. In 2018, we were the number 3 company in the local real estate board with approximately 1,100 homes sold totaling almost $400,000,000 in volume.
